Eileen was a semi-finalist in Nick at Nite’s “Search for the Funniest Mom in America,” then went out and blew people away with her solo show, "My Pony’s in the Garage," which premiered at the NY Fringe Festival.

1. My mom was 11 when she came over from what was then Czechoslovakia in 1936. She wasn't married when she became pregnant at 20, so my grandma gave her a choice: Give me up or move out. Mom opted for a stay at a home for unwed moms in Newark. On May 13, 1957, she gave birth to Gerard, named for the patron of expectant mothers.
