You were expecting more snow?

If you want to see it, you can look out any window. Or you might unfortunately be driving or walking (NJ Transit cancelled service) through it. What say we slip away to warmer climes, warmer times, when shovels were used for sand instead of snow?

In the end, does it matter that Paramus and Mahwah each got way over a foot of snow, or that West Milford has all but disappeared?

Will all the wishin' and hopin' get the power back on for more than 10,000 Bergen customers who spent last evening in the dark?

Face it: For all intents and purposes, we're pretty much homebound for now -- unless, of course, you're into reindeer games.

So why not keep the blizzard at bay?

Whip up a hot toddy, kick back and drift off to the paradise in your mind, amid the chimes of steel drums, the warmth of the sun and the refreshing burst of a tall cool one....
