Kutcher used to date Murphy, who was pronounced dead on arrival at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles around 8 a.m. Pacific time of what's been reported as a heart attack.
Kutcher is well-known for having what's believed to be the world's largest list of Twitter followers @aplusk, at 4.1 million.
