After a few days with Gordon Ramsay, Bobby Fortunato, "The Culinary Gangster" and the executive chef at Bask46 in Passaic County, decided to go sleep with the fishes.
Ramsay helped give Bask46, a Woodland Park restaurant, a makeover on "Kitchen Nightmares" which aired on FOX on Monday, Oct. 2.

Six pizzerias, most in the central part of the Garden State, have been crowned by the Washington Post as having the best New York-style pizza.
The eateries earned recognition as part of a new national database by the Post that categorizes the best restaurants in each state specializing in Chicago, Detroit, Neapolitan, New York, Roman, Sicilian, and Tavern-style pizza.

Family Of Man Killed In Somerset County Crash Involving Off-Duty DWI Cop Sees Wave Of Support
Central Jersey is coming together to support the family of one of the victims of this week's double-fatal crash investigators say was caused by a DWI off-duty Edison police officer.
Carlos Alexis Perez Gaytan, 24, was thrown from the back right passenger’s seat and killed in the Somerset County crash on Somerset Street on Sunday morning, August 27, Daily Voice reported.
The driver, Amitoj Oberoi, an off-duty police officer in Edison, was charged with two counts of first-degree vehicular homicide, DWI, and other offenses.
